1- Always try to think in a different angle, if someone is angry or abnormal, maybe just maybe they are dealing with a mental illness
2- Once you are diagnosed, you realize theres so much stuff to deal with rather than the illness itself like paranoia, anxiety , high cholestrol, blood sugar..you name it
3- its common, 1 in 4 people have mental issues and that number is increasing
4- in 2030, 30% of canadians will have a mental illness

6- having a mental illness makes me aware of myself. I know that I have limits and I dont surpass them. For example at night time I become paranoid so I dont go out
7-the best distraction is employment
8- peer support is crucial, it has proven to lower admissions to hospital and inprove quality of life
9- I learned to talk about my feelings instead of being quiet for so long and thats Major Key
10- Talk with peers, go to groups and get involved. it will help you much more than you think
